Sanjay Saxena is a General Insurance veteran with 34 years of experience in various leadership positions in General Insurance industry.
He started his career as a Direct Recruit officer in National Insurance Company and post privatization of insurance industry in 2001, he made a shift and became part of a start-up team of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.
He has handled many leadership positions in claims management, underwriting and as business head and was a member of Working Group for revisiting Surveyor Regulations formed by IRDA in 2018.
He is an alumnus of FMS, Delhi University and an Associate of Insurance Institute of India and brings with him wide experience in developing processes and service standards for business excellence.
Arun Singh Bhaduria is a technical expert in General Insurance having 37 years experience in various technical departments of leading General Insurance companies – both in public and private sector.
He has had exclusive exposure of Motor Claims in Motor Technical Department of New India Assurance, Bajaj Allianz and as National Head- Motor in Universal Sompo.
He is an MBA and Postgraduate in Chemistry and Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and Associate Member of Loss Prevention Association of India.
He brings with him a rich experience in handling large volume of motor claims and controlling motor loss ratios.
